Description
Previous names were the Conrail Building and Pennsylvania Railroad Office Building. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. In 2002 the upper floors were converted to luxury apartments by the Philadelphia Management Co. Drexel leases the first floor for offices and classrooms and three floors for student housing.
